Refund Policy

Please inspect your delivery when you receive it for fault or damage. If you find a fault or damage you must inform us within 3 working days of receiving the goods by email enquiries@brand-impression.com and we will arrange for a full investigation into the order with our supplier. We will come to you with feedback/an outcome within 1 working week.

Samples, purchased online, found to be defective or damaged will be refunded in full. Please first send the goods to be returned back to Suite 15, Sandown House, Sandbeck Way, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, LS22 7DN and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
