If you find a fault or damage you must inform us within 3 working days of receiving the goods by email email@example.com and we will arrange for a full investigation into the order with our supplier. We will come to you with feedback/an outcome within 1 working week.
Samples, purchased online, found to be defective or damaged will be refunded in full. Please first send the goods to be returned back to:
